The problem

Real prospects post their exact pain on Reddit every day — "losing leads after hours," "no follow-up system," "drowning in customer messages," "looking for an AI chatbot for my small business." But you can't sit on 7 subreddits all day waiting for them.

By the time you find the thread manually, it's 6 hours old. The top comment is already there. Your reply arrives in a dead thread. Being second by hours on Reddit is the same as not showing up.

What we built

Scheduled scanner — every 2 hours, 8 AM–8 PM weekdays Runs quietly on cron. Hits Reddit API, pulls new posts from each sub, processes them locally.
👁
Subreddit watchlist — 7 subs, fully configurable Default: r/realtors, r/smallbusiness, r/Entrepreneur, r/RealEstate, r/marketing, r/automation, r/realestateinvesting. Swap in any niche.
🎯
Keyword filter + negative filter Matches lead-pain phrases. Negative filter strips false positives — "companion" and "dating" app noise on chatbot keywords, for example.
✍️
Claude drafts a reply in your voice Not a sales pitch — a genuinely helpful reply to what the person actually asked. Something you'd be proud to post under your name.

Subject: Reddit lead: "No follow-up system, losing leads daily" — r/realtors
Post: r/realtors · 14 min ago
"Anyone else just letting leads fall through the cracks? I get 8-10 leads a week and I maybe follow up on 3 of them. Rest just disappear. Is there a system for this that doesn't require a full CRM?"

Suggested reply:
"This is a really common problem for solo agents. What's worked for a lot of people is a simple AI follow-up that sends the first message automatically within 5 minutes — most leads expect a response that fast. You don't need a full CRM for this; even a lightweight setup can handle the initial 2–3 messages and qualify whether the lead is worth a call. Happy to share what I've seen work if you want."

Result

Inbox notification within 2 hours of any post matching your filters. Paste the drafted reply, edit to taste, post. Real conversations with people who literally just asked for what you sell.

The time saving is 3–8 hours of manual subreddit browsing per week — but the real win is reply speed. Being the first thoughtful comment on a high-intent post is worth 20× a comment posted 6 hours later when the thread is already buried.

The subreddit list and keywords are fully configurable per niche. A lawyer watching r/legaladvice. A dentist watching r/Dentistry. A bookkeeper watching r/smallbusiness. Same 200 lines of Python, different config.
